A Virtual Clothing Drive for BRC's Assessment Center

Help BRC clients as they transition from homelessness to home.

BRC's Assessment Center in Brooklyn serves as a first point of contact for men entering the city shelter system. Clients who enter this 200 bed residence are evaluated and linked with housing and services that best meets their individual needs.

The clients there are in need of basic everyday clothing like:
• Underwear (all sizes)
• T-Shirts (all sizes)
• Sweatpants (all sizes)
• Hoodies (all sizes)
• Sneakers (all sizes)
• Long shorts (all sizes)
• Jeans (all sizes)

Because of this need, we are conducting our first ever "Virtual Clothing Drive" for the Assessment Center through Amazon Smile. If you would like to help, click on the Amazon link below to purchase items which will be sent directly to the assessment center.

Thank you!

From the Desk of Muzzy

Rather than create wealth for private developers, could we use the same shelter contract to create housing for low-income people?
